"Made" is likely something of a misnomer here, since Ford hasn't had any official offerings with the Lightning nameplate since...2003? Best case is a limited dealer run, but that's going to be a gamble, so the most likely is a package of aftermarket components that a dealership has offered at a premium with the advantage of it being a turnkey deal and maybe even a warranty that wouldn't be available but for certain components if you did it yourself. Either way, coming up with a number would necessitate knowing what dealership was responsible.
