How a Man With Tetraplegia Plays Gran Turismo Sport with His Mouth

This is awesome, on my book GT Sport and all video games all together should be this accessible. Why aren't Sony, Nintendo or Microsoft not thinking about this?
Unfortunately its probably really quite hard for them to actively manufacture things like this for the incredably small ammount of people who would need them. Plus you would likely need a completely different machine for different types of games. Perhaps it would be cool if they put out DIY guides for how to make stuff like this, but that kind of thing already exists on the internet.

Microsoft released an "Adaptive Controller" this year that is specifically designed for use with the kinds of accessible peripherals people like this need, and the head of Microsoft's Xbox division has said they are willing to work with Nintendo or Sony to make it work on their platforms too - they just have to ask.

They even sell a bunch of the third-party blowing tubes and pressure switches and buttons and stuff that work with it, on their official website.
