You are misunderstanding. Is there a way to convert a .sps file to a media file? Or there a program I can download that can do it?

No, I'm not misunderstanding. That is the only way I have ever heard of doing it. I've searched the net, looking for a program that would either convert it to a media file, or just allow an sps to be viewed on a PC, but have found nothing. I was looking for it, so I could view PAL replays.
