How do I/can I re-name my own threads?

I've searched so...

How do you/can you re-name thread?

Don't bother asking cause i'm just going to tell you once. Go to edit and go advance. There you can edit your thread title. Another interesting one is you go to your profile, view threads started by * and double click the title. Its all just too easy. 👍

Good, correct answer there, but then you went and ruined it with this,

Now someone close this thread.....
There is no need as yet to close it. It would just have disappeared down the page of it's own accord. Threads need locked if they're reposts, or getting out of hand, etc.. This is neither.

Okay, i'm sorry about that. Thought everyone would know about this already. Well, if its okay to keep it open, then I would agree with you as well. 👍

Yep, but as the screenshot shows you don't have to go to the trouble of "viewing thread started by". You can simply click on the table cell around the thread title in the forum listing and edit the title accordingly. :)

Oh yeah, I forgot to mentioned that as well. But racerx510 has already pointed out that as well so its no big deal. But I think if you view your own thread, you wouldn't have the trouble of scrolling thought the other threads first or that if your thread has gone down the pages, so it would be less troublesome to look for. Of course, this is just my opinion. :)

Nice way to cover up your mistake. 👍

:P

I didn't know you could simply click, but I don't make many threads anyway...

Actually, I stumbled on this feature a long time ago, when I used an old thread for this. I accidently double-clicked on the box, and something happened lol. I could never work out how I did this until I clicked on another, again by accident.

minichris,

the PSN bit in your profile is for your Playstation 3 Network ID which you use for online gaming. If you have a PS3 you can put it in there. :)

I actually didn't know how to rename thread titles, although I have never really needed to, but useful to know!

Same here i did it just then.

I normally do it by editing the first post, and the thread title's there to edit aswell. :)

Thought I would just in here..... where on earth is the forum leaders page? How do you access it, I have been told before but I keep forgetting!

I wish there was just a button somewhere at the bottom of the page...
