How do I change my password?

Wasn't sure where I needed to post this... but where do I change my PSN Password? I have downloaded the update and got no prompt or question for changing my password. Help?

When you go to sign in it will force you to change it, then you will be signed in.

Right, so the network isn't fully up yet. My bad. I haven't been asked for a password change anyway when I have tried to signed in... thanks anyway.
