So I'm trying to make my GT6 look a specific way, but it doesn't have to colors that I would prefer using. I know how to get chips from cars, but do they apply with the racing gear as well?
How Do I Get New Colors For Racing Suits and Helmets?

When you look at the helmets and suits there is a drop down list near the bottom right of the screen that let's you select colors.

I know that, I just don't know how to get more of them. It says "34 Left To Be Purchased"

Buy more of them? There is also an option to buy all at once.

I think it's the the top option on the list. Or maybe the bottom? I'm not to sure someone will pop in eventually and help.

Use your arrow buttons to navigate the racing gear menu and see where all the cursor winds up. Color selection is bottom-right once you've chosen a suit/helmet style and scrolling down the menu gives you the option to select/deselect color combinations. You'll find a "buy all" option at the bottom of the color combination list (30 or so combinations down from the top), which selects any color combination you've yet to purchase in that particular style at a prorated cost to account for the bundle. I don't believe there's a discount for buying them all at once.

34 per helmet. Unless it's a special helmet that doesn't have color options.

Well that's disappointing, hope they add more in the future. They really do try to limit our customization options.
