I am trying to get a level 23 ticket, and I remember there was a seasonal race that expired where you could get it, but obviously it isn't available any more. Is there another way to get one in the game?
if you look at the "gift box icon" for the seasonal events it tells you what you get for winning it. You don't have to enter the event to do this, just the event screen.
