How to make a room on GT5 or GTPlanet?

Well, some people here will answer with sarcasm
So well:
1. you first need a psn account
2. accept terms and conditions
3. go to My gran turismo button
4. slect the option online lobbies, at the left of the profile picture
5. some online rooms will appear, on the bottom left of the screen is a button that says ''Create new'', select that, there's a little space at the top of a new window that will appear, select it and name the room ''chatting room'' or whatever you like
6. select your room preferences and create it
7. Prays to your gods so people get interested and join

there is a chat button at the top right of the page, in a yellow box
