How do i open up top gear test track in practice mode?

Please if anyone knows please help me out? I cannot get the top gear test trac unlocked? I have all 3 challenges beat at gold/silver/gold and... Nothing? No top gear test track in practice mode!?!?

Go to practice, go along to world tracks and it's near the end, next to one of the circuit de la sarthe's if i'm not mistaken 👍

That's weird. You're suppose to unlock it when you gold the Kombi event...
