How Do I Upload Photos?

I would like to learn how to upload photos for posting pictures of Drift cars, Drag cars, Times, High speeds, etc. I've read someone say something about photobucket but I'm not 100% sure.

Find the photo in GT5, click triangle and then it's something like "export to XMB" Plug in a memory stick to your PS3, transfer the files from the XMB to your memory stick, then plug the memory stick into a computer, and upload the files to an image hosting site (Flickr, photobucket, imageshack etc.), then copy the link and paste in [IMG ][/IMG ] tags.
