Ive been thinking about this(not too much or my head starts hurting
) and I cant see how these tiny memory cards work.
Heres one out of my old phone, Ive taken a pic next to a penny as comparison. Apparently you can get one that size that has 2gig of memory!
How do they work? How does data get written onto it? How does the data stay on the card when you take it out of the phone and it has nothing to power it?
I can still remember a time at school where we were still using floppy disks to save our work which had a max memory of 1.44mb iirc. We've come a long way since then...
