How do people give away chromed and mattes for free?

How does ppl have the ability to give like unlimited paints- ppl always say something about resetting, how does this work and could u guys send me some chrome and matte paints

5 paint trade limit per day, resets everyday at GMT00:00, which is 7:00 PM here in the eastern united states.. the 'unlimited' is just the thumbdrive restore trick.

have USB stick.
insert USB stick.
copy save to USB stick.
send paints/items/gears/cars
exit game
copy save from USB to PS3.

you lose no items. recipient(s) get the sent items
