I finally beat Mission 34. After weeks and many many hours, I finally destroyed the track and won!!! I looked in my diary and it took 79 tries and few patches of hair missing on my head. This mission totally pissed me off at times. There were times when I would almost relegate myself to just giving up. Smooth driving and being cautiously aggressive, if there ever is such a thing was what I had to do. But I can honestly say that I did not do it alone. My wife would lie up on the couch into the wee hours of the morning, coaching me, constantly reminding me to relax, take deep breaths, and remind me that DFP was too expensive to break when I started to make comments that I would, and of course, reminding me to go outside with her to take a smoke break and get some of the steam off my chest. I don't really think I could have done it without her help and encouragement. This mission took my life away from normal everyday living, but that can be attributed to me being an overly competitive butthole. LOL!!
