How Do You Change Individual Gears?

I thought I heard after you reach a certain level, "not sure what the level is maybe 33" then you have the option to adjust individual gears. Can someone at this level confirm or deny this?

Doesn't matter what level you are, the capability isn't there. Kaz himself has stated that they don't allow changing individual ratios because of the UI - something to do with the top speed being an actual (almost always incorrect) mph/kph figure rather than some arbitrary number.

Because i think in a fgt 1st gear needs to be tall but can't change it hopefully its in the next patch.

you cannot currently tune individual gears. i was annoyed by this, but i think it will be fixed in the next patch. along with some standard cars being upgraded to premium
