My GTPlanet > Edit Profile Picture. You can either link to it if you've uploaded it onto a photo-hosting site or just upload it straight to the forum from your computer.
Also, please at least take a look around the site before creating a new thread. Creating a new thread should be your last resort.
Also, if you're talking about your avatar instead of your profile picture, go here and follow the instructions from there. Your image has to be less than 100px on either side, however. So resize it if you can. If you want to have an image resized for your avatar, make a post in here and say please
