......the mission called 'The Fastest Boat'? Ive tried many time and so many different ways but it just dont work. so can anyone help?

It's the one where you have to steal the "Squalo" for Diaz.

The guys at the boatyard will have Rugers and no pity on you. My suggestion is to load up on Colt Python ammo or get yourself plenty of regular shotgun ammo which is cheap and/or easy to find, then head to the huge surfing billboard at the airport, there's some Spaz 12 ammo there behind it. Get it and you'll be packing serious heat.

From then on just blast the guys at the boatyard, drop the boat onto the water, kill a few more guys that'll appear, hop on the boat and head for Diaz's mansion at full throttle. (It helps if you have 150 health and armor to do all this)

Unless of course the doors at the boatyard aren't open when you get there, there's a trick with a helicopter you can do if that's the case...

The switch is in the boat house (on your left as you enter from the water side-- also known as the south side)-- just kill and steal.

I would also recommend using the sniper rifle at first and pick off the guys outside, then switch to the colt python or shot gun.
