When looking at your Photo Album in GT Life, you can press Triangle to bring up a menu and then choose "Export To XMB Photo Menu" then it'll saved to your PS3. Connect a device that can transfer the data (E.G. your phone) and plug that into your computer. Welcome to GTP!
You can also save the file to gran-turismo.com, go to your profile over there, and save it to your computer. Using a flashdrive is probably the preferred method, but it works in a pinch.
