How do you gift cars?

Another very newb question and I haven't been able to work it out.

Could somebody please explain it?

Go to your garage. Find a car you want to gift. Triangle to open the menu, Give To A Friend, pick the friend from the list, sent.

There's a very complete in-game manual over to the left of the screen.

Remember you'll need to become PSN friends first (i.e. Friend Request & acceptance). Otherwise the "friend" won't show up in GT5.

Also keep in mind the 1 million CR gift limit (retail value, not used car value), and the one car/car ticket gift per day limit (between all accounts) on one PS3.

I've been looking around to find to most expensive car that can be gifted successfully, but no luck yet.

Last point: Car Tickets for cars more expensive than 1 million CR can be gifted, like Birthday Gift Tickets, or the higher level gift car tickets.
