He's not underated, well not really. It just people have to like Hip Hop/Rap to know who he is. He hasn't done anything big in public that may be why also. He's not a Jay Z, or someone but he is still big.

Yes but he's under rated because he's better than Lil Wayne Two Chainz Drake and all the other garbage that the main stream media decides is famous. He's well known in the rap world but so is J Cole who I also think is under rated.

He's also from Ohio so that would help him gain popularity in Canada. (because he's just close to it)
J Cole has been really well known in South Carolina for the better part of 4 years. But he's from North Carolina so its easier for "word of mouth" to get around.
