If you think that tires (sport), who do not give you a slight chance to correct a small mistake, like enlarge your line at the entry of a corner, or brake a couple of meters too late, produce a simulation of a real racing environment, is evident that you need, urgently, to do a deep reality check, like see some real life racing, or meditate about the mystery why people survive, for so many years, the school, and shopping, run, while using, even, less grippy tires (comfort) in their cars.
And I must advise you that, after around 20 years involved in real life racing (rally and hill-climb driver, race team member and director), is not to me that you will teach the difference between real life racing and gaming, no matter how much an experienced simmer you are.
I agree, and that's why I prefer AC and to some extent pCars. It should be "easy" to drive those cars at a fast pace for most simracers. Regardless of tires. One interesting thing I have noticed comparing GT6/iRacing/rF2 with AC is that you can apply real racing knowledge to AC. When I race in rF2, I'm usually among the slowest drivers there is. But in a similar type of race in AC I'm in the upper middle, racing the same people! Most mistakes are correctable and will only make you loose time. Not crash or spin like you're driving on ice.
