The easiest way for me to level up drivers is by sticking with one until you get up to Super GT. Add drivers as soon as you have the option because they still gain experience, even though they're not driving. Once you get to Super GT, run the Suzuka circuit with the Minolta Toyota. You should have a considerable lead by the first pit, so throw your low level driver in the mix. He'll get tired relatively quickly so make sure to switch back to your primary driver once his strength is almost gone. Now you can either stick with this until the end of the race, or even put your low level driver back in for the last couple laps.

I've had a level 0 go to 5 this way in one race, it's really quite easy. Just make sure you also pay attention to the weather and what tires you have on. Simple way to level up.

You are not forced to take 2 or 4 drivers in a 2 or 4 drivers allowed race, and if you only take one, he will get the full xp, can be good for those that want to raise the level of one of their driver in particular.

You dont need 2 just for endurance races but on the Super GT section in extreme requires 2 drivers. I have 5 drivers but i only ever used just one. Ill start using the others to level them up

I have 3 drivers.
Main one is Level 31
When I put 2 in the same race, the points were divided.
Next to his name, it shows 36, but he can only enter up to 31.
I've ran several endurance races with 1 driver, and never had an issue
with him being to tired.
It seems the more seat time he has, the strong he gets.
Right now, he's a lap up on the field @ Indy Formula GT.
I treat him well, keeping the tires fresh, and usually he's 3 seconds
a lap faster than the field.
I've found you have to stay on top of the commands, and help your driverc
pass or slow down when necessary.

My B spec main driver is useless, He is level 10 and just put him in a race with a 742 BHP compared to 381 Bhp and he still came 2nd.

The main reason for that is that a lvl 10 driver can't handle a car with that much power propperly. Give him one with 400-500 Bhp and he will come in 1st.

For the arrows:
I have 4 drivers, one is 23, two 15 and one lvl 5. I observed that if your bob goes from green-blue you can drive him like hell for about 10-15 races, then he will go back to green. if that happens don't touch him, because I think he's getting tired. Do some races with another driver (3-10) should be enough, depending on if you want to level the other driver or you just want to kill the "orange-phase". Bob will definitely go from green to orange, but i observed that the time he is orange depends on how many races you did during his green phase.

My main driver got from blue to green and then I started to drive with my second one. I did all the races in the GT World Championship (just all the single races on their own because i wanted to observed how bob#1 behaves). He got orange after the first race and by the time bob#2 was done bob#1 was green again, and after 2-3 races again blue.

I don't know if he's just getting tired/overworked or is low on morale, but the result is all the same, he's slower when driving in his orange mood compared to his blue mood.

I just finished one race in the super GT section in Extreme events and my driver that the first time ive used them went from level 0 to level 6

You should go with all you can get and use the ones that are blue or if need be green in each race. You will have some drivers that start to turn orange and these driver won;t drive as well as they could. You need to give them a break and use a different driver for a while.

I am up to level 28 now and have 6 drivers all above 22nd level with the highest at level 27

Does you doing races give them a break 2 or is it just your B spec drivers gives him a break ???

Once i focused a few races on 1 driver only (I have 3). One of the other 2 went from blue to green in a few races, the third went from orange to green.

Seems to me it doesn't matter if you race with a certain driver to make him 'happy' or let him cool down for a few races when the arrow turns orange (although the latter is a sensible thing to do if you have a 'blue' driver doing nothing)

I see it as more of a 'form of the day' thing. If you compare it to sports in real life, some people can have an 'off-day' which affects their performance in a negative way, and in a similar way people can have a 'lucky day' where they are in the zone and outperforming themselves..

This isnt true. They do not need a break. My main driver was orange through one whole series then i started him right up in another and he jumped to green then to blue, with no rest. Im not sure what the arrows mean but it has nothing to do with him resting. There were 3 races in the series, first one he was orange, next one he was green, lastly he was blue.

From what I have saw it only applies to B-Spec races. I have ran several A-Spec races and the B-Spec status did not change but after letting a different driver drive a few races the status will change.

When the driver is Orange he needs a break, he will not drive up to par when he is Orange and he will go back to green with some time off or even blue. Yes he may change back to green even if you race him while he is orange but he will not do as well in thise races and meanwhile there will be other drivers who are green or blue that will do better. I find that if you always use the drivers in the best state you will get the best results and after a while you will have 6 drivers that are all very good and at least 4 you are green or better for every race.

Is does seem to be a time related thing based on B-Spec races once I have 6 there is always at least one who is orange and 1 who is blue sometimes 2 will be orange and 4 will be blue or 2 each of blue green and orange. The thing to keep in mind is your blue drivers will do the best and the green drivers will do better than the orange ones if the drivers are about the same level of course which they will be if you use them as thier form arrow indicates.
