How many bought Need for speed Most wanted on PSN?

Is it worth it?

I used to own it on my PS2 back in the days. But is it worth it, to get on Psn?
 
Whats the price? 75 NOK, which is about $13...

Edit: Also, what size is the download? 3555 MB! :dunce:

The day that MW comes out on PSN, I will buy it. It's my favourite modern NFS by far. No other Need for Speed has better police chases.

Check the PS2 Classics section on PSN - it should already be there, as the AUS/NZ store updates at the same time as the European PS Store (and I assume with the same content, just with different pricing). I've already seen it on the AUS PS Store for $15.95.
 
Yup - seen it. And I'll have to take back getting on the day. If it was closer to the X360 version (online play, better graphics etc) and not just a direct port then I would've gotten it. But since there's not much of a change to the graphics or anything then I'll just fire the ol' PS2 and play on that instead 👍
 
I have NFSMW on PS2 already. From what I've heard, the graphics are exactly the same to the PS2s. IMHO Just buy the PS2 version.

EA, make Most Wanted 2 and Underground 3 please. :D

Anyone know if the G25/G27 is compatible?

I'm quite sure it won't be, but hoping. :dopey:

This port does not support the DFGT so I doubt it will support the G27... in fact they say that this version may have options not available (from the original) and as everything else works, looks and sounds the same Im guessing that they were refering to wheel support... big disapointment :(

The original on PS2 did support Logitech wheels but this one doesnt (at least it doesnt support my DFGT)

wich is a shame... the game is exactly the same as the PS2 version... and it looks terrible on a LCD so I had to connect the PS3 to an older big TV I have and it looks ok (exactly like I remember it from the PS2)
 
Well the NFS MW is now in the US since I have seen it in the store, just 9.99 so go get it
 
I had some money left over from buying Battlefield Premium so I bought it. Can't wait to play the Campaign again :D

Yeah I agree, if they ported the 360 or PC version for PSN then I would be interested, but if its just the PS2 version and not even redone in HD what's the point, I can just play it on the PS2.
 
I suspect it's easier for them to port the PS2 version. You can't expect EA to actually do some work and port a 360/PC game to PS3. They have better things to do, like Fifa 2020 and Madden 2020. :lol:

It makes sense to port the PS2 version, after all we are playing on a Playstation.
 
Yeah, but the PS2 doesn't have HD (or close) graphics. EA are just to greedy to do any more work on a game that was released in 2005.
