The only way to check I think is running an extremely slow lap (>5 mins) and then seeing where you are placed on the leaderboard... but it would definitely be over 100,000 people.

Yeah should be looking at 100,000+. Necky16's post in this thread here said that over 90,000 people were in front of him (when he set that time). Since that was almost a week ago the numbers should be higher.
