Hehe, Dennis Walsh. Love his car, but he gets thrashed on constantly over at Supraforums(and everywhere on the internet for that matter). His tag says 1K HP. It has like 800 or so hp, and his first run got him a 17sec pass.


Anyhoo, that's factory RSP(Royal Sapphire Pearl).

what happened? he can't drive? he fell asleep? he stalled it?

or he went and got a big gulp at 7-11 while waiting at the tree, and didn't make it in time?

that's a very nice color... i don't know if you can buy one that color in GT3... would look nice with my Saad N. Saad replica!

Did I tell you I have a vid of one of his runs? A run that netted him a 14 second pass? Apparently he's gotten much better since then though.

It was his first time ever at the track. With it being my first time, and having 800+hp to the rear wheels I'm sure I'd have ran a 20 due to excess wheel spinnage.


The vid I have of him running a 14, he gets a ****ty ass launch(a 4 cyl. mustang gets the jump on him ), and he miss-shifts all the way down the damn track, every gear.


And they do have that color on GT3, but it's not called RSP.

i stalled my car at the line the very first time i went to the strip... not something you'd like to happen...

i'm getting pretty good with holeshots... my R/T is in the .5xx to .6xx most of the time.

it was probably the biggest drag event of the summer... there were like 3 or 4 imports that day (hey, we're still in the youth of the thing around here... not a damn Honda in the 9s!)

basically everyone there laughed at me... not very pleasing...

when you go 12.9 @ 110 mph the year after, though... people tend to respect you more

yep, the 12.9 was in that POS...

i'm glad our boss decided to sell it to some dumbass...

i bought that car stock... then me and 3 other guys got on it, stripped everything, added a B18C1 (GS-R engine), turboed it, ran nitrous once (and nearly set it on fire) built the suspension and added slicks...

it dynoed at 460 whp or so, IIRC...

the thing never worked well after that... blown tranny, blown engine... you name it, it blew.

we sold the thing, and now my boss is looking at building another car, and take it across the country to show off our talents...
