It has a white background with a clean image.

How do they do that?
 
More than likely they photographed the photo in front of a "green" or "blue" back drop. Computers can easly replace the "green" or "blue" with any background of their choice, be it white or be it a picture of the moon.

I guess I'll have to try that. I kinda thought that same thing..

You have to make sure you have extreem lighting from all angles. No shadows are allowed in using this technique. :)
 
I messed up. Look at the handle with the white in it.

check the new updated image.

I did that in fireworks. The same program you use. :)


Use the magic wand on the white color and delete.
Next draw a background and send it to the back of the image.

Presto....

You would use the same technique with a blue or green backgound.
