If you are, yes & no. I used Paint Shop Pro 7 to edit the frames and I used Animation Shop 3 for the animation.

If you have KaZaA, download the full version of Paint Shop Pro 7 and it comes with Animation Shop 3. It takes about 2 hours to download the full version.
