the ITR's at 143 stock, IIRC... i must be around 165-170... you can feel the difference, but it's almost nothing compared to an Accord V6 or a Prelude, for instance.

That's one thing I don't like about most 4cyl motors... The lack of torque...


If my car had 300ft/lb of torque, I'd be one happy mofo...

4 cylinders with Variable valve timing, such as ever VTEC equipped Honda engine, or the Celica GT-S engine (190hp, 130ft/lb!!! )generally have very little torque when compared to the hp rating...

take a look at a Z24 or a Neon, though...

Yeah this guy with a 95 Legend Coupe 6-speed 240hp is gonna buy one of those and we are gonna buy his Legend, its a win-win.

Indeed... I almost got beat by 2 kids in a legend once... I was BARELY pulling from a stop, but I pulled a little harder from rolls... They had stuff done to it, but I dunno what. It was loud as hell though...

Think about it though; if I were really rich, would I be driving an M3, M5, Mercedes SL500 or something else baddass like those? If I were really rich I wouldn't be driving a Honda and wanting to own a Pontiac or Toyota...
