it's lame, but it's a way to express my frustration without involving body panels and a hammer...

Anyhoo, PR, did I tell you the other day that I burned my brand new clutch a little bit?:cry: Ewwweee, it smelled wonderful in my car...NOT! God, I almost cried. Have you ever seen that PRICELESS SMOKING video with the Formula Firebird? Well, I basically reenacted that video for some friends...:mad: I didn't know there was no wheel spin because it was wet out side. I lurched foward like 4 feet after popping the clutch, so I assumed the wheels just started spinning real fast and that's why I stopped, but I stopped because of ZERO wheelspin...:cry: I stopped right after the smell hit me, and by that time I was at 7krpm in 2nd gear.



It still works fine though...:D




Oh yeah, BTW, it's official, I'm an IDIOT!...:p

at least yours still works!

it was cold saturday, so i thought i'd warm those tires a little more than usual...

burnout went fine... i line up, stage, then get ready...

the lights get green, i shift... nothing. it crawled it's way to the end...

turns out it was past due getting replacement...



i still managed to do 3 runs before that happened... not satisfied, didn't even go it the 13s...
 
Im not bored, Im listening to some of the greatest songs ive ever heard...

Sorry to hear it...:nervous: What was your best ET? BTW- In that pic you posted, your car is honestly the nicest one I can see in that pic. It stands out from the rest like no other...:p :drool: ITR :drool:

Ouch!:nervous: Mine was a little under 5 for clutch and installation. I take my car to a guy named Kevin. He has a little import shop, but mainly specializes in Hondas. We've taken my car there about twice a month:p:lol: for about 5 or 6 months...:D So he knows me quite well, and quite often feels sorry for my dumbass...;) I'm sure if I took it to a Honda dealership it's cost an arm/leg...:cry:

14.3 @ 98 mph...

i wasn't the only ITR there saturday... there were like 10 of them!

luckily i had that black chicken grille to hide the intercooler... it worked somewhat well!

i'll check for more pics, i had taken some, but i forgot my crappy one use camera in the tow truck... :o stupid me!
