Well, being a board Admin myself at a different site, I certainly understand that rule. However, I rather figured it was not a problem in a thread whose whole freaking point was to generate the maximum number of replies.

I wouldn't have dreamed of doing something like that in a constructive discussion thread, but in a thread totalling almost 3,400 pages of flatulence, useless posts, and single-letter replies, 10 or so postwhore messages really seemed to be insignificant.

Thanks for your civic concern, but I respectfully submit that it is a little misplaced in this instance. If you are actually on the Moderator staff, I apologize. If not --

Later.. when there out of the playoffs. their only down 3-1 in the series. All they have to do is win the next 4 games in a row.

I read the statement of his that you quoted in your first comment. I assume that was taken from the general rules for board usage. I've written similar rules myself. Since Jordan has obviously tolerated the incredible volume of idiocy in this thread for what, 18 months now, I think it is safe to assume he doesn't really care what happens in this particular corner of the universe, and may in fact be leaving it here in order to keep crapola like this out of other, more reasonable threads.

Again, keep up the good work, but I seriously feel that you are barking up the wrong tree in this particular instance. :rolleyes:

Naww its not hard at all. Only 4 teams (i think??) in NBA history has ever come back from that. :D
