Nope. He got it from that picture he posted of the KKK members. Everytime he posts a pic, he's able to see the IP address of everyone who views the pic since it's from his FTP. So he has my IP, your's, Punks, and anyone else's who saw that pic.

I think the only way to stop it would be to disable everyone's ability to post pictures...:nervous:

I'd just garnish his parent's bank accounts for the money he'd owe me to replace my PC...:p
 
but how does he know we saw the picture? no one clicked on it, or pasted it to see it, no? if i scroll over it, why can he automatically see my IP?

Uhmmm....that wouldnt work. To many people would get pissed off. Cant there be a way to block just his ftp address?

I really don't know much about it. The only reason I know he can see everyone's IP who "views" the pic is because he said something about it a while back in this thread. I think, that if your computer "loads" the picture onto the screen then it gives him your IP, but if you never opened the page of this thread where the pic is located, it wouldn't give him your IP. ****, I just confused myself...

Well, it should. When he'd go to post a pic. The url would show up as "********************/picture/whateverhe'sposting" The FTP URL would be censored, thus ruining the URL not enabeling him to post pictures.


But, it's really not necessary. It's just MistaX. Yes, he has our IP's, and he's had them since like the first day he's been here. He'd never actually do anything with them though.
 
basically because you can do the same, you have access to his IP, legally.
