whats up pako!!! long time no talk!! I have been swamped at work... new codes for florida came out... all houses need to be updated by Jan. 1st. Otherwise, we can't build them... if we can't build them company goes down... tell me that not pressure sitting on my desk.

Busy as well I see! Do you guys also have engineers on staff? I mean, don't you guys follow the direction of the engineers, or can you guys handle most of the stuff without their input? (as far as spec/code goes)

We have one, thats 1, lazy engineer... to the point i have waken him up by walking in his office....

hope that explains a little of my work life...

plus I am not the smartest person around when it comes to these things, i am still very much learning...

makes ya wanna run out and buy one of our quality homes huh?
