How often are the online and used car dealerships updated?

I'm looking for a few cars and am wondering how often these dealerships are updated.

Next update should be March 2nd at 10 PM EST.

Used car dealership is updated every race - after about 5 races the dealer has completely new stock.

The Ucd updates after you have raced about 3-5 races I think.
