If that was made public, I can assure you that his profile would be deleted and a new one started. The amount of people sending him friend requests, either to praise or belittle him, would be obscene.

I would say that he doesn't play the game too much and wouldn't even doubt that he only allows himself to make hybrids in the game. Just a possibility, who knows.

I don't think he plays/played it at all. The only time he's probably picked it up was for inspiration on how to improve it.

I would say he does it quite often, as if you would spend soo much time working on a game without playing it, how could you properly create your vision for whats next.
