Oh, that's just random weather, doesn't change the track at all I think.

It happens on the Special Stage Route tracks too I think.

Simple, I quoted him, removed the second http:// and changed the link text.

It's the weather change track. None of the snow actually accumulates on the ground though.

When it happened to me on SSR7 it made it look like it was rain on the track actually. It would be easier to tell with the new rain indicator but that wasn't around when it happened to me.
