If i remember correctly, you can win one of these as a prize in A-Spec American Championship. Save your 4 millions and earn it, unless you want a stock spare.

The Ford GT LM Racecars are the best, any version. I used the Gran Touring Dealer Ford GT LM Spec II Test Car, the matte black car. If you're a good driver you can use the Panoz LM car or if you're lucky to have one of the Chaparrals. Also the team Oreca Viper or the ZR1 RM Corvette qualify and can win fairly easily.

It depends on how you classify something as "rare." The tank car isn't too hard to obtain, but I will tell you this. It's pretty cool and all to drive at first but it quickly became annoying to drive. If you're wondering whether or not you should spend 3 million dollars on it then I recommend you do. It's a cool collectors item and can be useful in certain situations. I'm not trying to rain on your parade but it sort of sucks to drive.

If you go to certain lobby's online, it will be considered a troll car for obvious reasons. But other then that, there is (in my honest opinion) little use for it.

The car is itself not very rare to attain, however the chances to drive in the car in one race is rather exceptional.

This is what I did to ace this event.

I recently got a S7. I'll give that one a try. Looks promising.

I found the S7 just couldn't cut it. The lack of downforce just kills that car in that series, especially with the Ford GTs and Chaparrals.

Between borrow glitching and ripping tickets, and now even hiding cars over the trade cap in tickets under the cap, the only 'rare' cars in the game are the ones obtained through codes. Edge camaro, Stealth, Chromeline ect.
