After reading that GT4 Post/Report on the last page my anticipation for this game has increased another notch, then I had another thought.....GT5 on PS3,I may just have a heartattack!!!!!

GTR doesnt look anywhere as realistic as gt4, it's a pc game for crying out loud.

Yeah I agree*, I mean when I saw Doom 3 I immediately thought "Gee wow this is nothing compared to the graphics of Red Faction"

And when I saw the high res, bumpmapped bloody 'tubes' full of well gore, I immediately thought "Oh no! its those damn computorized textchuroors again, damn when will they learn software based pixelated grainy textures are the future"*

Heh & just think, when the PS3 comes out with some actual hardware onboard, cobra opinions will completely change.

*Wishes for in a racing game, but knows will never get for a long time...*

While were on the "i want realism" bandwagon... I would love it if one day the physics and "realism" is almost the same as real life as in that such thing occur as, strong crosswinds u need to steer against and dirt being sprayed onto the road by a car going on the off the track reducing grip/ traction and one which i think would be really cool is where if say the race involved a moutian climb that at the bottom you cars all fine and dandy (that a word? :S) but as you slowly get towards the top of the moutian the air of course is thinner and you hear and notice that the car is needing to even harder then before... :dopey:

I am not gonna even try to get involved in the realism comparisons of different games. :scared:

So this is just my friendly 2 cents :)

Dan.

Opps just realised that this is a little off topic.. sorry :dunce:
