Hey guys,

I was just wondering. Since the patch is most probably to hit us the day after tomorrow, how can we still beat the system in order to collect our precious cars without the endless grinding for money?

I think: if I send an F40 (which is the most expensive car which can still be sold) to another person, he can sell it and add some money to his account without having to grind for it.
I know it's a bit of a long shot, but I can't think of a easier way to get money besides grinding.

You still have to wait for the UCD to offer the car you're after, but that can easily be updated this way: LINK

Anyone got a better idea on how to collect cars fast?

Its either F40's like you said, however 1 per day is not going to help out a lot... or maybe grinding the heck out of Bob with Remote races...

When you do get the money you need, wait for the cars to appear on the UCD just like you said, refreshing it by skipping licenses

Oh yeah..I totally forgot about auto grind :P

So I guess the only thing marketplace has to offer after March 3rd is trading paints and tracks perhaps?

Level tickets and birthday tickets will still work so the cars won't be unobtainable, they will just have to be used repeatedly until you get a car you want.

Why don't you stop trying to beat the system and just play the game as it was made to be played? It's a fun game, trust me!

What do you people need all this money for? I've got about 10mil, most of the cars I want (around 380 total) and I've never sat there and replayed the same race for credits.
What are you all buying?

Almost every single car can be obtained through tickets. However since its a matter of chance you may have to try again and again and again...

Duping helps me get the cars I want to race. I would agree it's fun but to be honest, I play other games besides gt5. Not everyone here is ultra hardcore.

every single car in the game, painted red, preferably the correct red, fully modded. Plus duplicates of my favorites in other colors.

You don't need to be "ultra hardcore" to get cars. You also don't need to get all 1000+ to enjoy the game. Seriously, these complaints are very lame. 👎

If you are not ultra hardcore than what is the point of "needing" these so called now unobtainable cars... Just drive the ones you can get. That is what a non hardcore person would do IMO!

why call opinions of other users lame ??

i do not understand why those attacks happen all the time here seen terms like idiots , lame etc

start having respect for other people's opinions first !!

•You will not use “textspeak” (“r”, “u”, “plz”, etc.) in your messages. Decent grammar is expected at all times, including proper usage of capital letters.

You can get on my for being crass in calling a complaint "lame," but I would disagree with it all the same even if it were with more "diplomatic" terminology. Pardon me while I decide against being politically correct.

For the record, nobody has been called any names in this thread. :dunce:

stop quoting the same all the time and remember there are people from all over the world on this forum

this forum is not to attack time after time different people like u do but to enjoy a game together but that seems impossible for a person like urself who can't admit they are wrong

I could understand all of this arguing and carrying on if this were a MLG or GB type FPS, but seriously this is a driving game... If you don't like what PD is doing go play something else. Getting onto this or any other forum for that matter and arguing like school kids fighting over lunch money is just down right ridiculous. Personally if it is doing anything... It is ruining the experience for casual gamers like me, who came to this forum looking for like minded people and answers to some questions. Instead I get a bunch of E-thugs wanting to have "hog calls" with each other when things don't go their way or when someone disagrees with them.

Get over it people. If you are arguing over a video game it is really time to turn of the PS3 and go outside.

You seem perfectly capable of forming a proper English sentence. What is stoping you from capitalizing the first letter and placing a period at the end? I've quoted it to you twice and you still haven't gotten the message, so tell me, who is being stubborn?

You're right, there are people from all around the world on this forum, and when you starting using "txt spk" and other shortcuts, it can make it more difficult to read what you are trying to say.

Anyways, from this point on I'm just going to ignore all of your posts because I have yet to see you post anything on-topic in this thread or any other.

Sorry, OP and mods. I know it's not my place to tell him what to do, and I know this is not the place to do it. Hopefully he'll figure it out soon enough.

ViLLaiN is right. Start capitalizing, use some punctuation, and stop using "txt spk." It's not that hard...

To many mini mods around here lol.

As for the original post.
I doubt you can get a lot of satisfaction out of that method. You can only trade 1 car a day. You can run bob at the dream championship many times in a day and make far more money much quicker.

Well, I'm on a mission to collect every premium car in the game, so what I do is I reach a benchmark point of credits, like 5 million, 10 million, or 20 million, then buy Whatever car I want, new or used, then grind back up to the benchmark I set.

I think that probably rubber band grinding is whats gonna go down now

Im happy I have nearly every 10+ Million car in the game.

man nobody cares, i havent typed capital letters or with "proper" grammar the whole time ive used this site, as long as its READABLE and not ridiculously stupid then it really doesnt matter that much, why even comment? is it hard for you to read? you do realize that he could have every letter in every word except the first and last letters mixed up and you would be able to easily read the whole post right? its not hard. stop whining.

Personally I haven't been very active in trading cars, but if I were trying to get around it I would get tickets and then use the duplication trick to get more and more of the ticketsto get sweet cars, but if many people complain, as are, I bet this will be changed in a future update. The least they could do now is raise the money cap to well over the current cap of 20 million

You mean grinding for ages?
Because that isn't exactly my idea of a fun game.

You can also bank money in remote b-spec, so while your account is close to 20mil, you still have your online driver's winnings (that has not been "received" yet) as well so you're not dead broke for too long when you get your P330, just receive your b-spec driver's online earnings and get back to more grinding.

I duped money because I don't want to be caught in a case where the UCD has a car I want, but no way to make the money within 4-5 game days, before the car rolls off the UCD. With remote b-spec now, you can make money without advancing game days, but that will only bring in a few hundred k's, maybe close to a million per day. If you got friends that can race your drivers for you great, if not, that means you're not doing anything else with your PS3 while remote b-specing for that 5mil+ racing car, or even longer if you're chasing a 2J. Is that how Kaz wants us to play? Or not play I guess (you're not really playing when you're remote b-specing)?

If you want the credits, you have to work for them. That's how this game operates. If playing this game that way doesn't strike you as being fun, then why bother playing? If you already have 30, 50, 100, 200, or however many cars, why not just stick to those and drive them? There's more to this game than collecting. However, if collecting is your thing and you don't want to grind for credits, then there really isn't much you can do besides play something else. The developers have shown that they don't want duping and trading to be the way this game is played. :indiff:

Yes, yes I do. The problem I have is that I haven't beaten the game yet, and I'm jealous. :sly: (Have to finish all the endurance's in A-Spec.)
