I dunno how, so I'm sorry bout that. But, if you try a search in the upper right hand corner of the screen you could probably find info. Other than that...

The Diablo is a prize car in the Japanese NTSC game you can just win it. I am not sure which race though. One of the longer series 10 race ones I believe. Unless you don't have that patience, then let me know what cheat type device you are using and I will see if I can help further.

I think it's raced against in the Avant Garde...but I'm not sure how to win it.

DtV is correct. You'll race against the Diablo in teh Italian Avant Garde race in the Japanese version. I've never heard where it's won though.

If you're running NTSC you'll need a sharkport and a gamesave, or a Gameshark to unlock it. If you're running PAL, you're a bit out of luck.
