I'm trying to make the races more even, so I need to know which tyres the opponents use in the A-spec races. Does anyone have a list or sheet? This info is not available in the Typical Opponents list.

Enter the race and race a bit so you can create a replay, exit the race, watch the replay, and there you can see which tires opponents are using.

The standard way to check if the information isn't available at all is to run just over one lap, then look at opponents on the replay. I have actually seen instances where the AI cars were not running the advertised compound in a seasonal, IIRC. There may also be one "rabbit" with better than the others - can anyone confirm this?

I'm reasonably certain you can also check the tire limitations on the same event in B-Spec (which may not be practicable, if said event isn't unlocked there yet). Those limitations are shown in many FAQs/event lists, however - such as mygranturismo.

I've never noticed a car with better tires than the rest of the field, but I wouldn't dismiss this as a possibility. GT4 occasionally would have one car with S3 tires, while the rest of the field had S2s, for instance.

Yep. You can check out what the B-spec car can be equipped with at best. This is what the Ai will be using during comparative A-spec racing.
