How to make a logo?

I was wondering on how to make a logo on the computer. What software can I use? Because I am trying to send it to my friend to put on his rFactor template. Thanks in advance! 👍

I have a forum site and a clothing brand that I own. I want to sponsor the car. Sadly I won't be racing it

I use photoshop in school for most logos. If you don't have photoshop you could try GIMPshop
