If you just want a copy on a VHS tape, plug your PS2 into a VCR and record while you play GT3. It works quite well even though you can't exactly transfer it to your PC.
best way is through a webcam, because you will find it easier to put on the net for oyther people to see, most webcam let u record a short time of video footage, and they can come at cheap prices, try that. ok!
Also when u use a webcam u can save it on a format that we can all view. I think w/ a sharkport u have to save it under a weird file that only other ppl with sharkports can d/l

Nope, you're exactly right. But, a video capture card such as the ATI-TV Wonder mentioned above, will still allow you to save the video in a standard format (such as MPEG or WMV), but will provide a substantially higher quality.
