Since most “gourmet” chips (think Kettle Chips or Trader Joe’s chips) are cooked in non-hydrogenated oil, grease accumulates at the bottom, and so that last 10% of the bag is always really greasy and nasty. Is there a way to, if not directly remove the grease, at least make the chips seem less greasy? The only thing I can think of is refrigeration, but I’m not sure I want cold potato chips…
