How to set transmission

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, I was looking at praiano tune for seasonal and I couldnt set the gear ratio right. normally what happen is I could set the the first 3 gear ratio right and then the rest just wouldn't fit. Should I change the max speed first and then final gear or what. Thanks for helping guys!
 
Final gear all the way right, top speed all the way left.

Should be able to get them if you do it in that order :).

So here's what happen it says initial final is 5,500 (all the way right)
Initial speed 180kph (all the way left)
I could get 2nd to 6th gear right but the first gear it's supposed to be 2,662 but I could only go as low as 2,745
on the tuning sheet it also says final gear 4,450
At first I put it all the way right to 5,500 then do I change it to 4,450 after I'm done with all the gear individually?
It's like witchcraft :confused:

Which car are you having trouble with?

My advice would be get it as close as you can. It won't affect it too bad, and I've had trouboe out of this before.

It's the KTM XBow, people say how much they enjoy driving the KTM but I'm rubbish at driving it. I just want to gold the seasonal, with this tune I suppose it's gonna make the car much easier to drive.

The big thing to fix with the xbow is handling. You should be good on just putting transmission as close as possible.

If you can afford to wait (Not sure when it ends), you could ask someone for a track-specific tune.

Yeah I agree with you, it's the handling. Actually I would prefer to drive a car with minimal tuning or stock. I don't if it's just me or the game, MR cars like Lotus Elise, Evora used to be my fav in GT5 and now I'm avoiding it, but I can drive other MR car just fine
 
As a baseline:

1st: All the way left
2nd: All the way left
3rd: 1 third of the way right
4th: 2 thirds of the way right
5th: All the way right
6th: All the way right

Adjust your final gear to suit the track.

Adjust individual gears if you notice your lagging in a certain gear.
