How to unlock IA events?

Am I missing something? I have all the stars I can get, but IA is still locked. Any help would be great. I have tomorrow off but my progress is now stuck.

Did you at least bronze your license tests?

If I remember right there are 1 series you need to do. Where the usual License test button is. You complete the series then the License unlocks and you do that to pass.

Bottom right corner theres a series to do, that series unlocks the license tests

The stars really don't matter. As soon as you have succeeded the IB championship(After an X amount of stars this race will be unlocked.), beneath in the right corner when you're at the IB screen, you will be able to do the license test. The license test will appear on the place that race was. So on the IB screen in the right corner beneath.
After you've finished the license test, IA will be unlocked.

Thanks everyone. I never would have noticed that tab change from a race series to a license test. I golded everything through the race series in that tab. Only thing not clear was the X11 at goodwood. So I didn't know what else to do.
