How to upload music??

Hi just wondering if anyone can help me as im not sure if i can upload my music through i tunes onto GT5 or how you go about doing it??
Any suggestions please drop a post

To use your own music, either put the CD into the PS3 and import it or put the already converted music on a USB stick and transfer it to the PS3. As for through iTunes, I'm not aware that that's an option.

It isn't, converting it in XMB is the best method, as it's a supported format, whereas you risk putting unsupported formats on if you transfer via PC. It's pretty quick at uploading on XMB (I did it this way and it works fine in GT5 and other games), just as quick as using WMP, iTunes or anything else.
