Can anyone help out a brother in need. I have exported a video from gt6 to my ps3 but can't do anything with it once it's on my ps3. Can't watch it or copy it to another device. How is it possible to get them exported properly.

They can only be viewed from within GT6. The file that you export is just raw data that can only be used in GT6. If you want to make replays to be used outside the game than you will need a PVR.
Most PVRs' will cost anywheres from 150 up to 400 bucks and you will need a PC plus editing software if you want to add commentary or effects ro your records. I would suggest the elgato just because I have used one in the past,but you can find other manufactures also.
If you just want a simple video capture than the PVR does come with software. But hardcore youtubers usually use either adobe after effects or sony vegas.
