HP's difference's?

Did any body notice that when you win a car that the HP's are different than when you buy it. Same car, no mileage and no oil change. Thoughts on this..

Yeah i noticed, I bought the 22b impreza and at the dealer it said 276hp and when i went to mod it, it said it had 256 or sumthin like that, same thing with the Ruf CTR2.

Actually I don't buy cars unless I have to. But comparing notes with Altf8 he had a different hp reading than I did on the same car. No oil change no mileage, the only thing different was that he bought his and mine was won. hmmmmmm very interesting ya

I think that I read somewhere that Some of the numbers between the garage, Tune ups, and pre-race tweaks were mistranslated in the Japanese to English conversion.
