I honestly think we should make a "sharing group" or something, so people can have a taste of them.

It's just mad to see a lot of guys having fun with the cars and you can't join in.

Not talking by myself, I think those are cool but what I really want is to see the tool released then I can do realistic replicas.

I know I could have done them both without hybrids, but they speed up the process, and it is not like I'm affecting anybody by grinding Offline A-Spec and a Seasonal against AI

Taking off parts and reducing the horsepower to 1,000hp sounds nice. Means we could possibly make some personal drag monsters. I would love a 1,500hp black Supra in my garage.

About patching hybrids; I don't think it's necessary. Don't these hybrids have a negative PP count, or was that only the X2010 hybrid? Because in that case you could implement a certain PP area in online lobbies that prevent these cars from being chosen in the first place, forcing the players to use them privately in A-spec.

I don't mind them anyway, because apart from photomode and seasonal events there is nothing else to do in the game anyway for us average gamers. At least hybrids could spice things up a little bit for a while.

The GTR is only 707pp though, despite having 7000bhp. I think PP isn't accurately affected for some reason by the surplus of horsepower.

It knows that massive hp = undastea lol jk idk
 
Remember what Sorg said though, the PP is set for every car and affected by mods, there is no formula.

I don't really know much about hybrids, but don't these cars have a different coding from their "normal" counterparts? Would it be possible for the game to automatically detect anomalies in the car's code and judge upon this whether the current selected car is a hybrid or genuine car?

Yes, it's an easy patch.
Each car's extreme parameters are checked everytime you tune your car (each car has upper and lower bounds for springs, gears, downforce etc)

Its just a case of checking ALL the params when you "change" into a car.

I don't know what's taking PD so long to patch it up.
Perhaps they don't even know. Unless they play online and see them or happen to read forum posts mentioning it or they find some anomaly in their data from online racing how will they notice??
 
I'm tired of getting scammed, I have been scammed 3 day's and a row now for that civic... I am tired of loading gamesaves and all that...it's getting real old, i hope to run across someone, who is actually genuine..cause this is tiresome..

Yeah, it's quite amazing how far some people will go, just so they don't have to send what they promised. I've lost my faith in most of the GT5 community. Most of the people here on GTPlanet are usually pretty honest, though the random people you meet in lobbies and so on, certainly are not.

Yea, but it's just always a good thing to back up saves, We need an official list of scammers for online though..
 
So i been testing out the civic, thanks to playnthru(thanks mate) And i lowered the HP down to 930 Wow what a car, handels good,... even handeled ok at 3278 hp as long as i baby'd it and kept it at 5-6k rpm... over 6000 when vtec kicks in...and it's ridiculous. but with 930 hp, power and traction is very manageable, and i know of a couple of 900+ civics.

And of course Jose Jimenez's drag civic, Just tapping the power of what the civic "can" do...

When I first got it the handling was questionable? I re-tuned the suspension a bit to make it drive o.k. 👍 I have another I have not yet driven..The one on share is my loaner.:lol:

Np!👍 At 930 she scoots, and no wheel spin either...3278..i got wheel spin at 300mph...i was like..What? but 930 and a 3rd gear launch took off like a Real world civic drag car. also handels the curves. also it put me into perspective of just how fast the X1 actually is...that it can do 250 mph on corners....
