I can't load this site on my internet without using a proxy server?

For some reason since mid-August I can't load this site without a proxy. I checked my internet(netgear) if the site is blocked or not and there is nothing.It's not blocked so what is the problem? All my computers can't load it.

Does it give a particular error, or does it just not connect?

It sounds like your IP address has been blocked by the server, either intentionally or by the automated firewall. If you could provide me with your "real" IP address (visit http://www.whatismyip.com while not using a proxy) I can take a closer look. OK, I found it listed in the firewall's blocklist - you should be good to go now.
