I can't see spa francosamps on ps store

Maybe you're not looking properly. Just look in the disc based add-ons and you'll find them there.

Because you're not supposed to. It's listed as "Course Pack" in the PS Store.

This is correct answer, dont search GT5 in search section, just go ps3 addons and vehicles thing.
